For established Australian accountants, consultants, agency owners and advisers

Be the obvious choice before anyone asks "how much?"

Most businesses don't have a value problem. They have a translation problem. On a free 20-minute call, we'll find where yours is getting lost.

You'll leave with your Value Translation Score and the first move I'd make, whether or not we work together. No pitch, no pressure.

How it works

How it works

01

Book a time

Answer the quick questions above and pick a time that suits. About two minutes.

02

Do the Scorecard

25 questions, 10 to 15 minutes. I review your answers before we talk, so the call is about your business, not businesses in general.

03

We talk

Your score, where the value is leaking, and what I'd do first. If I'm not the right person, I'll tell you who is.

Real outcomes

From real experts

Plant stylists, bookkeepers, consultants. Different industries, the same pattern: the value was already there. It just hadn't been named.

5 premium enquiries in 48 hours

No ad spend. Same traffic. Sharper messaging. Where ads used to generate five or six enquiries a month, repositioning with a new identity brought five premium enquiries in two days.

First system build sold. Zero pitching.

Pitching complex systems used to mean endless calls and chasing prospects. Repositioning the offer let the client see the exact outcome they needed. The deal closed before a pitch was ever delivered.

A signature paid diagnostic ended the back-and-forth that had been going nowhere. Two more stalled deals moved forward that same week. The diagnostic replaced the chase.

Frequently asked questions

What actually happens on the call?
A 20-minute conversation about where your business is at, where the value is getting lost, and whether working together makes sense. I'll have looked at your Scorecard beforehand. No pitch, no pressure. If I'm not the right person, I'll tell you what I'd do in your position instead.
Is the call really free?
Yes. You'll leave with your Value Translation Score and the biggest gap I can see, whether or not we work together.
What does working with you cost?
It depends on what the business needs. Some people start with a paid two-hour diagnostic; others go straight into ongoing work. I'll give you a straight answer on the call.
What would we actually build?
It depends on your business, but it might be positioning and a language library that makes marketing easier, clear offers and a buying pathway, a paid diagnostic, or delivery frameworks so great work is repeatable. Each thing has to pass one test: what does this keep doing for the business once it's built?
Are you a business coach or a marketing agency?
Neither, really. There are no pump-up sessions, hustle or generic frameworks, and I won't be running your ads. What I work on is the connection between what you know, how it's explained, how it's bought and how it's delivered.
What do you mean by a "translation problem"?
The value is already there. It just hasn't been named, priced or built into the business, so buyers can't see it until they're inside it. A better website with the same message gets you compared faster.
What if my business is already doing well?
Good, that's usually who I work with. I don't assume you're undercharging or drowning in work. The gap is between what you know you can contribute and what the business currently lets you do.
What results can I expect, and how long will it take?
I don't guarantee results, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Some changes show up quickly (one botanical styling business had five premium enquiries in 48 hours after repositioning), others take longer as new assets bed in. On the call we'll talk about what's realistic for you.
I don't love talking about myself. I'm worried about sounding like I'm tooting.
That's very common, and it's usually because your skill feels like common sense to you. Part of the work is putting it into words that don't feel like bragging, because they just describe what actually happens for clients.
I don't have time. Growth just means more hours.
The aim is the opposite: growth from a better model, not more hours or more people to carry.
Is this you?

Who this is perfect for

This is for you if

  • You're good at the work and the clients are real
  • You're five-plus years in, solo up to around 15 people
  • Your value mostly shows up when you're personally in the room
  • Buyers open with "how much?" and compare you to someone cheaper
  • You want the work to change people, not just get done

It's not for

  • Pre-revenue businesses
  • Anyone after a marketing audit or someone to run their ads(I've got a guy for that though. His ad got you here.)
  • Anyone who wants the answer without the honest look

Who you'll be talking to

Hey, I'm Jake

My job is to help you recognise the value you create, own it like it's yours, and express it in language the market understands.

The work is drawn from what you already know but haven't yet named, and from what your clients already feel but haven't yet been able to put into words.

You don't need to add more. You need to make what's there land.
